1. Data controller

Antonina Solomakha, autónomo registered in Spain, NIF Z2936693N, Carrer de la Diputació 459, A1, 08013 Barcelona, Spain, trading as Korea Point (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Which data we process and why

Emails you send usYour name, email address and the content of your message, to answer you and discuss cooperation. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and ThreadsWe manage social media accounts and Facebook Pages for our own brands and for projects we support, including the charity animal rescue project “Spasi Zhizn”. Our application “Spasi Zhizn Inbox” receives, through the official Meta APIs (Messenger Platform, Instagram API and Threads API), comments and private messages that people send to these accounts and Pages: the platform user ID, public name or username, profile picture, the text and attachments of the comment or message, and the time it was sent. We use this data only to read and answer these comments and messages in one internal workspace. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering people who contact the accounts we manage.
Website visitsThis website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell or license personal data, do not use it for advertising, do not build profiles and do not make automated decisions about people. We do not share data received from Meta platforms with data brokers or other third parties, and we use it only as permitted by the Meta Platform Terms. We do not access any account other than the accounts we manage, and we do not post or send messages on anyone’s behalf.

4. Who can see the data

Only our team members who answer comments and messages. Data is stored with our technical providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database) and Telegram (internal team workspace). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep the data

Comments and messages are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months after the last message, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and comply with legal obligations.

6. Data deletion

To delete the data our application holds about you, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion” and your name or username on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or Threads. We will delete all data our application holds about you within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also remove our application’s access in your Facebook settings (Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites).

Deleting your comment or message on the platform itself does not automatically remove our copy, so please write to us as well.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
